Hermès Event Production Project Coordination Intern

- Coordinate production campaigns for recurring products for Podium presentations, Press, and Fashion Shows, occurring twice annually.
- Support the Event Coordination team by evaluating and planning demands, including scheduling and order launches.
- Initiate Manufacturing Orders within the ERP system (M3).
- Oversee and ensure the supply and synchronization of components necessary for production.
- Ensure data input accuracy for local sites, including workload, prioritization, deadlines, and nomenclatures.
- Supervise production initiation, considering allocation choices, priority arbitration, and capacity in collaboration with the project manager.
- Monitor production progress across sites.
- Manage production-related contingencies and propose alternative solutions to client impacts.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, considering commercial stakes of each project.
- Manage inventory entries and exits for all launched finished products.
- Regularly update and clean up ongoing Manufacturing/Order Data in coordination with sites.
- Report activities across the chain with a relevant perspective for internal clients, sites, and central directions.
- Document team activities and contribute to the formalization of a procedural book.
- Welcome collaborators during in-person events, ensuring they have all necessary elements for their tasks.
- Final-year student or on a gap year with prior experience demonstrating dynamism, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and rigor.
- Curious, adaptable, proactive, and possessing strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to organize work time effectively and maintain perspective to ensure client service.
- Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
