Event Project Assistant Intern

1. Participate in the development of international and local high jewelry events.
2. Manage the global event calendar.
3. Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
4. Develop and update event guidelines.
5. Handle logistics for event pieces.
6. Create and update communication tools and content for high jewelry.
7. Coordinate and follow up on content production, including organizing photoshoots.
8. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform the team.

1. Master's level student in a gap year or final year of business school.
2. Previous long-term internship experience in event communication.
3. Affinity for the luxury sector and jewelry.

2. Attention to detail and rigor.
3. Strong organizational skills and initiative.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
5. Teamwork and communication with diverse stakeholders.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Previous long-term internship experience in event communication is required.
