Hermès Event Production Assistant

- Assist an event producer in organizing fashion events such as fashion shows, re-sees, and after-shows throughout the entire production process, from creative brief preparation to post-production.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of production plans, including specifications, scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks, as well as managing service providers.
- Support budget creation and monitoring, including request for quotes, offer analysis, negotiation, and purchase orders.
- Oversee the execution stages, including setup and dismantling, ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary, safety, and creative specifications.
- Develop a portfolio of service providers, including venue scouting, catering, and entertainment, while staying informed about innovative techniques and materials.
- Conduct event monitoring and benchmarking.
- Draft post-event reports and other communication materials.
- Currently pursuing higher education (Master's degree in business school, communication school, university, or equivalent) with ideally some experience in event management within an agency or for a brand.
- Proficient in computer tools (Office Suite, ideally Adobe Suite).
- Recognized for autonomy, meticulousness, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Creative and artistic sensibility.
- Strong organizational skills, priority management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English.
Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience in event management, either in an agency or with a brand.
Master's degree in business, communication, or equivalent.
