Hermès Event Production Assistant

- Assist in the organization of various events, including major events and those targeting press and clients.
- Support the event producer throughout the event production process, from creative brief preparation to post-production.
- Manage budgets, including requests for quotes, purchase orders, negotiations, and invoice management.
- Oversee the execution phases, ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary, safety, and creative specifications.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Contribute to sourcing new vendors, including venues, caterers, and specialized service providers.
- Conduct event benchmarking and monitor innovative materials to enhance event experiences.
- Draft post-event reports and other communication materials.
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Master's in business school, communication school, applied arts, university, or equivalent).
- Ideally have prior experience in event management, either in an agency or with a brand.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, ideally Adobe Suite).
- Autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Strong creative and artistic sensibility.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Prior experience in event management, preferably in an agency or with a brand.
Master's degree in business, communication, applied arts, or equivalent.
