Event Production Assistant Intern

1. Assist in organizing events from the creative brief preparation to post-production.
2. Participate in organizing institutional or trade events, internal or external celebrations, store openings, product launches, and pop-up stores.
3. Extend Hermès' tradition of creating experiential events by pushing creative and technical innovation.
4. Produce projects that adhere to Hermès' visual codes and continuously renew its communication.
5. Ensure the successful execution of events from aesthetic, technical, budgetary, legal, and safety perspectives.
6. Understand the creative ambition and participate in establishing the production plan.
7. Manage budgets, production schedules, and administrative tasks.
8. Oversee the execution stages, including assembly and disassembly, while respecting technical, budgetary, and safety requirements.
9. Coordinate with internal and external teams.

1. Master's level student in business, communication, applied arts, or equivalent.
2. Ideally, have initial experience in event management within an agency or company.

1. Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, ideally Adobe Suite).
2. Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and attention to detail.
3. Strong creative and artistic sensitivity.
4. Good organizational skills, priority management, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Ideally, a first experience in event management within an agency or company.

Master's level student in business, communication, applied arts, or equivalent.

Internship for 6 months, full-time, starting in September 2025, based in Paris.
