Hermès Event Logistics Assistant Intern

- Assist in the coordination and execution of event logistics.
- Support the logistics team in managing event timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
No prior experience required, but any experience in event management or logistics is a plus.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Logistics, or a related field.
