Hermès Event Planning Senior Executive

- Coordinate with internal and external parties for event planning and execution.
- Follow up on project timelines, production, logistics, hospitality, and event management.
- Execute and manage onsite activities for small-scale projects.
- Prepare daily documents, manage event closing files, and follow up on payments and purchase orders.
- Communicate with and manage various vendors, ensuring progress is maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, brand marketing, or event management within the retail prestige industry or top event agencies.
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team-oriented spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
A minimum of 5 years in public relations, brand marketing, or event management within the retail prestige industry or top event agencies.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
