1. Coordinate with internal and external parties for event planning and execution.
2. Follow up on project timelines, production, logistics, hospitality, and event management.
3. Execute and manage onsite activities for small-scale projects.
4. Prepare daily documents, manage event closing files, and follow up on payments and purchase orders.
5. Communicate with and manage various vendors, ensuring progress is maintained.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, brand marketing, or event management within the retail prestige industry or top event agencies.
3. Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
