Hermès ERP Project Management Officer

1. Coordinate the execution of ERP projects, including deployment and evolution.
2. Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and defined objectives.
3. Manage and prioritize daily requests.
4. Renegotiate contracts with partners and challenge external consultants to improve performance.
5. Supervise the application and execution of contracts.
6. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Implement processes to streamline project execution.
8. Maintain precise and updated tracking of progress and risks.
9. Contribute to the structuring and optimization of IT processes.
10. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project coherence and alignment.
11. Utilize and promote agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
12. Master project management tools like Jira and My PPM Planisphère.

1. Bac +5 in computer science, project management, or equivalent.

1. Expertise in ERP Infor M3 and understanding of Supply Chain processes.
2. Experience in demand management and contract management.
3. Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
4. Mastery of agile methods and associated tools.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Results-oriented with the ability to challenge teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO ERP, Program Director, or ERP Project Manager. Experience with large-scale projects in large groups or smaller structures with end-to-end management. Good knowledge of major ERPs such as Infor M3 and SAP.

Bac +5 in computer science, project management, or equivalent.
