Hermès ERP Project Management Officer

- Coordinate the execution of ERP projects, including deployment and evolution.
- Ensure adherence to defined timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Manage and prioritize daily requests.
- Renegotiate contracts with partners and challenge external consultants to enhance performance.
- Supervise the application and execution of contracts.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement processes to streamline project execution.
- Maintain precise and updated tracking of progress and risks.
- Contribute to the structuring and optimization of IT processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project coherence and alignment.
- Utilize and promote agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Master project management tools like Jira and My PPM Planisphère.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in IT, project management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP PMO, Program Director, or ERP Project Manager.
- Experience in large-scale projects within major corporations or smaller structures with end-to-end management.
- Strong knowledge of major ERPs like Infor M3 and SAP.
- Expertise in ERP Infor M3 and understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in demand management and service contract administration.
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and associated tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to challenge teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management roles, with exposure to large-scale projects and comprehensive management in major corporations or smaller settings.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in IT, project management, or equivalent.
