Hermès Equestrian Collection Assistant

- Oversee special order projects in collaboration with the Window Display and Commercial teams, acting as a liaison with artisans.
- Develop technical sheets and nomenclatures for special orders.
- Establish retro planning to ensure timely delivery of elements.
- Manage the tracking of items loaned to various departments within the company.
- Ensure the return of products in compliance after their loan period.
- Coordinate loans and ensure necessary elements are available for art direction or shooting.
- Code new references in the dedicated software.
- Anticipate codifications by gathering necessary information from the product manager and customs and regulations department.
- Monitor the development of product packaging in collaboration with the packaging department, providing key information such as briefs, measurements, and requirements.
- Participate in the annual inventory of the Collection stock.
- Maintain stock records and track entries and exits based on loans.
- Assist in the optimization of Collection stock.
- Prepare and support the Commercial team for visual shoots and filming of new products.
- Develop marketing support materials and sales tools, including catalogs, brochures, collection plans, and product technical sheets in both French and English.
- Conduct competitive analysis across four domains: dog, horse, stable, and rider.
- Organize meetings.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent, such as IAE or IFM.
- Previous internship experience in product development demonstrating exemplary rigor.

Previous internship experience in product development is required.
Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent.
