1. Assist in the deployment of Hermès' greenhouse gas reduction strategy by enhancing and implementing energy consumption monitoring across sites.
2. Facilitate the creation and execution of energy consumption reports and action plans.
3. Synthesize energy data collected from various sites to measure and guide environmental actions and contribute to the non-financial report.
4. Develop existing tools and optimize the energy data collection process, including software updates and process simplification.
5. Participate in meetings and contribute to the department's activities based on priorities and personal interest in sustainable construction, building technology, and energy efficiency.
6. Contribute to designing and implementing solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of construction projects.
7. Propose sustainable energy alternatives and innovative technologies.
8. Explore the integration of renewable energy sources in construction projects.
9. Collaborate with design teams to optimize renewable energy use.
10. Draft reports on the energy performance of ongoing projects.
11. Conduct technological watch to follow emerging trends in energy efficiency and decarbonization, proposing solutions based on the latest technological advancements.

1. Student from an Engineering School or University in the final year of studies or gap year, specializing in Energy, Environment, or Sustainable Development.
2. Proficiency in thermal and energy modeling tools and dynamic energy simulation software is a plus.
3. Strong professional awareness, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, organizational sense, and proactivity.
4. Teamwork aptitude.
5. Constructive attitude with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
