Hermès Energy and Decarbonization Project Assistant Internship

- Assist in the deployment of Hermès' greenhouse gas reduction strategy by enhancing and implementing energy consumption monitoring across sites.
- Facilitate the creation and execution of energy consumption reports and action plans.
- Synthesize energy data collected from various sites to measure and guide environmental actions and contribute to the non-financial report.
- Develop existing tools and optimize the energy data collection process, including software updates and process simplification.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the department's activities based on priorities and personal interest in sustainable construction, building technology, and energy efficiency.
- Contribute to designing and implementing solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of construction projects.
- Propose sustainable energy alternatives and innovative technologies.
- Explore the integration of renewable energy sources in construction projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize renewable energy use.
- Draft reports on the energy performance of ongoing projects.
- Conduct technological watch to follow emerging trends in energy efficiency and decarbonization, proposing solutions based on the latest technological advancements.
- Student from an Engineering School or University in the final year of studies or gap year, specializing in Energy, Environment, or Sustainable Development.
- Proficiency in thermal and energy modeling tools and dynamic energy simulation software is a plus.
- Strong professional awareness, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, organizational sense, and proactivity.
- Teamwork aptitude.
- Constructive attitude with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in energy, environment, or sustainable development are advantageous.
