1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
2. Strong interest in human resources and employee engagement.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

No prior experience required, but previous internship experience in HR or related fields is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
