1. Collaborate on drafting internal announcements and editorials for the global employee-facing intranet and digital signage systems.
2. Assist in maintaining the local intranet by publishing new content, updating existing information, and removing outdated materials.
3. Support the ideation, planning, and execution of internal employee events, including organizing invitations, catering, decor, and event logistics.
4. Aid in managing and executing internal recognition programs, including annual and anniversary programs, and digital appreciation boards.

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in junior or senior year.
2. Interest in human resources, internal communications, or special events.

1. Strong written communication skills.
2. Creativity and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and internal communications is essential.

Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Interns are compensated at an hourly rate of US $20.00.

Interns will gain real-world experience, attend a guest-speaker series, receive mentorship, and collaborate on a capstone project.
