Hermès Employee Engagement Intern

- Collaborate on drafting internal announcements and editorials for the global employee-facing intranet and digital signage systems.
- Assist in maintaining the local intranet by publishing new content, updating existing information, and removing outdated materials.
- Support the ideation, planning, and execution of internal employee events, including organizing invitations, catering, decor, and event logistics.
- Aid in managing and executing internal recognition programs, including annual and anniversary programs, and digital appreciation boards.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in junior or senior year.
- Interest in human resources, internal communications, or special events.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Creativity and a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and internal communications is essential.
Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Interns are compensated at an hourly rate of US $20.00.
Interns will gain real-world experience, attend a guest-speaker series, receive mentorship, and collaborate on a capstone project.
