Employee Engagement Intern

1. Partner on writing internal announcements and narrative editorials for the global employee-facing intranet site and digital signage system.
2. Assist with maintaining the local intranet site/app by publishing new content, updating existing content, and removing outdated content.
3. Support the ideation, planning, and execution of internal employee events, including organizing invitations, ordering catering, sourcing decor, and event setup and breakdown.
4. Assist with managing and executing internal recognition programs, including annual and anniversary programs and a digital appreciation board.

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in junior or senior year.
2. Interested in a career in human resources, internal communications, or special events.
3. Recognize and value diverse perspectives and cultures.

1. Creative with strong written communication skills.
2. Teachable and a team player.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

No specific experience required, but an interest in human resources, internal communications, or special events is preferred.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00.

Internship may be Full-Time or Part-Time to accommodate academic schedules.
