1. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
2. Support the coordination of internal events and programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
3. Contribute to the creation of communication materials that promote company values and employee recognition.
4. Participate in the analysis of employee feedback and engagement metrics.
5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of engagement strategies with business objectives.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in employee engagement and organizational culture.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Analytical skills for interpreting data and metrics.

No prior professional experience required, though previous internships in HR or related fields are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
