Editorial and Event Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the development of editorial tools such as press kits, press releases, and invitations.
2. Coordinate with activation teams and the communication director for initial briefs.
3. Support project management in collaboration with Hermès International teams and involved services.
4. Monitor production schedules, translations, and layouts.
5. Draft purchase orders and track budgets.
6. Coordinate stock entries and deliveries with activation teams.
7. Support the production and implementation of local events.

1. Currently studying communication at a specialized school, business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in computer tools.

A successful first experience of 6 months in a similar role is highly appreciated.
