Hermès eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator

- Audit and publish stock online daily, ensuring alignment with budget and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the Paris team on unpublishable items such as photos, pricing, and descriptions.
- Execute best-in-class on-site merchandising, including updating product grids and editorial landing pages.
- Test and analyze the impact of changes on product grids, cross-selling, and internal search.
- Compile monthly business analysis and reporting, and create competitive analysis presentations.
- Review and optimize site navigation to enhance sales and stock rotations.
- Conduct daily QA of the site for issues like bugs, broken images, and load speed.
- Support the customer service team with catalog and image-related issues.
- Assist in ongoing inventory management and fiscal inventory.
- Provide high-resolution images upon request and ensure accurate store locator hours.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or environment, including internships.
- Previous experience in merchandising or eCommerce is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of French is advantageous.
1-3 years of relevant experience, including internships, in merchandising or eCommerce roles.
The hourly wage ranges from $23.43 to $28.65, determined by job, location, and individual experience.
