- Audit and publish stock online daily, ensuring alignment with budget and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the Paris team on unpublishable items such as photos, pricing, and descriptions.
- Execute best-in-class on-site merchandising, including updating product grids and recommendations.
- Test and analyze impacts of changes on product grids and internal search.
- Compile and present monthly business analysis and competitive reports.
- Optimize site navigation and groupings to increase sales and stock rotations.
- Conduct daily QA for site issues like bugs and broken images.
- Support customer service with catalogue and image-related issues.
- Assist in ongoing inventory management and fiscal inventory.
- Provide high-resolution images as needed and ensure store locator hours are accurate.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or environment, including internships.
- Previous merchandising or eCommerce experience desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of French is helpful.
1-3 years of experience, including hands-on internships, in a similar role or environment.
The range for this position is $23.43 - $28.65 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
