- Assist in managing client relationships through eCommerce platforms.
- Support the eCommerce team in executing client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in the analysis of client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for client interactions.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion and eCommerce.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and eCommerce tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret client feedback and data.
No prior experience required, but exposure to eCommerce or client relations is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
