Hermès E-Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Develop and implement the E-Visual Merchandising strategy across 34 global e-commerce sites, ensuring alignment with Hermès' brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate product launches in accordance with delivery schedules and activation calendars, collaborating with Content/Editorial and Emailing teams.
- Ensure technical feasibility and implementation of E-Visual Merchandising guidelines across regional teams, in collaboration with Catalogue and Web Contribution teams.
- Select products for photo shoots and editorial content, balancing image and commercial priorities, in collaboration with Product Offer and Content/Editorial teams.
- Identify and enhance cross-selling opportunities through recommendation modules.
- Monitor adherence to guidelines across all sites and provide necessary support to local E-Visual Merchandisers, including tool training and issue resolution.
- Establish performance tracking for E-Visual Merchandising initiatives with the Data and Performance team.
- Facilitate the sharing of results and best practices within the E-Visual Merchandising community and métiers.
- Consolidate and communicate evolution needs to relevant teams for feasibility assessment.
- Propose specific E-Visual Merchandising action plans to support commercial needs of regions or métiers.
- Act as the Product Offer team's reference for customer journey projects, including product categorization and selection.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the search and merchandising engine.
- Conduct digital trend analysis and propose improvements to the customer journey in collaboration with technical-functional teams.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Digital Project Manager or Digital Merchandiser in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Strong e-commerce culture and trend awareness.
- Good understanding of business challenges.
- Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic sense, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in tools and self-learning capability (Fredhopper, ContentSquare, Google Analytics).
