Hermès E-Visual Merchandising Assistant

- Ensure the daily online publication of products according to launch schedules in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising team.
- Adapt visual merchandising strategies to align with business objectives and enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Verify product availability and ensure all digital assets are prepared for publication, coordinating with digital teams.
- Monitor product launches in accordance with official schedules and liaise with European subsidiaries.
- Propose and implement cross-selling strategies on the website, measuring performance through reporting.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with Hermès' brand identity.
- Assist in creating newsletters, homepages, and editorial pages in line with business priorities and communication schedules.
- Animate product news, including launch calendars for new items, exceptional pieces, and gift ideas.
- Conduct digital monitoring and suggest improvements for the customer journey in collaboration with digital teams.
- Report and track website bugs with digital teams.
- E-commerce/digital profile, ideally in the final year of a Master's program.
- Experience in e-commerce, including E-VM, project management, newsletters, and social media is preferred.
- Retail or visual merchandising experience is advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion, art, and digital innovation.
- Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, are a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge and passion for Hermès' history, products, and values.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and product affinity.
- Business acumen and understanding of commercial stakes.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
- E-commerce culture and collaborative spirit.
- Interpersonal skills and influence capacity.
Experience in e-commerce or digital roles, with a focus on visual merchandising and project management, is preferred.
Final year of a Master's program in a relevant field.
