- Develop and implement an omnichannel product offering strategy for assigned categories.
- Conduct purchasing, monitor performance, and manage supply for assigned categories.
- Collaborate closely with the E-Visual Merchandiser to ensure product strategy coherence on the website.
- Achieve budget targets by mastering stock landing objectives for assigned categories.
- Provide reliable and regular reporting on sales trends, stock coverage, sell-through, deliveries, and qualitative feedback.
- Identify product needs and business opportunities.
- Enhance customer knowledge and journey on the site in collaboration with the E-Visual Merchandiser.
- Regularly liaise with the traffic manager to adjust investment strategies based on commercial priorities and product news.
- Explore new business development levers and enhance omnichannel strategy.
- Contribute to defining Open-To-Buy (OTB) with Retail Merchandising France to meet sales objectives and optimize the product offer.
- Prepare purchasing strategies for each category ahead of Previews/Podiums.
- Coordinate with French stores to ensure purchases align with and complement the network, identifying omnichannel offer opportunities.
- Manage stock, conduct monthly restocking, and optimize stock levels through operations such as transfers.
- Ensure product strategy visibility on the website in collaboration with the E-Visual Merchandiser.
- Coordinate product launches online, considering editorial calendars and new subsidiary launches.
- Propose improvements to the customer journey to optimize conversion rates and maximize average basket size.
- Act as a liaison for assigned categories within Hermes.fr and the broader organization.
- Organize training sessions and morning briefs based on commercial needs and product updates.
- Collaborate with the Operations team on supply chain follow-up and logistics guidelines.
- Maintain regular communication with Retail Merchandising France, Digital teams, and other stakeholders to share best practices and contribute to the omnichannel strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (Bac +5)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in E-merchandising or Retail Merchandising
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency with office and E-commerce tools
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Understanding of Retail and E-commerce dynamics
- Product sensitivity and aesthetic sense
- Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Service-oriented and action-driven
A minimum of 5 years in E-merchandising or Retail Merchandising is required.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (Bac +5).
