Hermès E-commerce Logistics Operations Manager

- Monitor the performance of e-commerce logistics at the Vémars warehouse.
- Ensure quality service from logistics providers and continuous improvement for e-commerce in Europe.
- Coordinate daily operations between Hermès.com teams, partners, and various Hermès stakeholders.
- Implement e-commerce projects within the warehouse, such as NFC tags and return reconditioning.
- Contribute to stock accuracy in collaboration with the Upstream Pole team.
- Prepare reports for Hcom teams and operational committees with logistics partners.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to Hermès standards in collaboration with the Quality Animation Manager.
- Manage the logistics support team and the Quality Animation Manager, promoting responsibility and engagement.
- Develop and animate the vision for supply chain challenges and sustainability within the entity.
- Act as the sustainability reference for the entity, implementing and updating the sustainability roadmap.
- Develop new e-commerce packaging for new formats and enhance customer experience.
- Expertise in supply chain or logistics with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally in e-commerce.
- Engineering or business school education.
- Strong sensitivity to sustainability issues.
- Ability to unite different stakeholders around common goals.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, autonomy, and rigor skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Interest in information systems (knowledge of Manhattan is a plus).

A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably related to e-commerce.
Engineering or business school education.
Unlimited contract with a dynamic and engaging work environment.
