Hermès E-commerce Logistics Operations Manager

- Oversee the performance of e-commerce logistics at the Vémars warehouse, ensuring continuous improvement and quality of service.
- Coordinate daily operations between Hermès.com teams, logistics partners, and various Hermès departments.
- Implement e-commerce projects within the warehouse, such as NFC tags and return reconditioning.
- Ensure accurate stock levels in collaboration with the Upstream Team, monitoring supply chain flows and addressing stock discrepancies.
- Prepare reports for Hermès.com teams and operational committees with logistics partners.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to Hermès standards in collaboration with the Quality Animation Manager.
- Manage and develop the logistics support team and the Quality Animation Manager, promoting responsibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement supply chain and sustainability strategies, aligning with the Group's sustainability goals.
- Lead the development of new e-commerce packaging to enhance customer experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably with e-commerce focus.
- Degree in engineering or business.
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues.
- Ability to lead and unite stakeholders around common goals.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and autonomy skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in information systems, with knowledge of Manhattan being advantageous.
