Hermès E-commerce Image Production Manager

- Coordinate the production of packshot images for specific product categories on the Hermès e-commerce platform.
- Ensure adherence to production specifications and delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Direction and product creation teams to define shooting guidelines for new collections.
- Organize and oversee photo shoots, coordinating with studios and agencies.
- Manage product flow and ensure image compliance with shooting guidelines.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery, collaborating with the E-commerce Catalogue and Product Offer teams.
- Deliver assets using tools such as DAM, Scene7, and Grand Shooting.
- Maintain budgetary compliance.
- Propose and implement process and tool optimizations.
- Anticipate and align the needs of E-stores, Artistic Direction, and métiers.
- Develop presentation documents for effective project communication.
- Serve as a liaison with the technical team for bug reporting.
- Propose and formalize functional development requests.
- Archive project documentation comprehensively.
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends and innovations, suggesting relevant process or functionality enhancements.
- Foster harmonious supplier relationships and conduct tenders.
- Support team members as needed.
- Analyze project data, including KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
- Provide regular reporting to management and alert on issues.
- Track return on investment for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce project management.
- Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency with digital asset management tools.
- Ability to present technical topics clearly and empathetically.
3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce project management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's preferred.
