Hermès E-Commerce and E-Visual Merchandising Assistant

- Support the team in preparing analyses, recommendations, purchase reviews, and product selections for the development of the E-commerce catalog and content during Preview and Podium periods.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and presentations for various departments, subsidiaries, and the Digital department.
- Assist the E-Visual Merchandising Project Manager in preparing guidelines to ensure dynamic and qualitative product displays, aligning with commercial objectives and artistic direction.
- Provide support and training to E-stores on E-Visual Merchandising tools, such as Fredhopper.
- Monitor and follow up on the resolution of tickets/bugs reported by E-stores.
- Student in a business school or equivalent with a strong internet culture and sensitivity to e-commerce issues, possessing initial corporate experience. Specialization in digital/marketing/communication is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Magento, Drupal, PIM, Fredhopper is a plus.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, meticulous, and autonomous with strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in high-end products and a desire to engage in a rich and formative internship.
Initial experience in a corporate environment, particularly in digital, marketing, or communication, is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
