E-Commerce and CRM Assistant Intern

1. Contribute to the animation of the external e-retail network in Europe.
2. Follow up on animation plans by country.
3. Share communication content with local teams.
4. Ensure smooth delivery and adherence to guidelines.
5. Update and manage the perfume and beauty catalog for external distribution.
6. Prepare and share product catalogs for new launches.
7. Recommend optimizations for product pages and Hermès spaces on e-retail networks.
8. Contribute to CRM content creation.
9. Communicate with local teams to define activation plans by country.
10. Create CRM content for stores and deliver to various country contacts.
11. Conduct competitive analysis during key e-retail calendar events.
12. Research best practices for implementation and prepare presentations for Hermès Parfum & Beauté stakeholders.

1. Student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
2. Interest in e-commerce, CRM, digital, and the perfume and makeup market.
3. Previous experience in e-commerce, e-marketing, or CRM for a brand or retailer is a plus.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Autonomy and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Teamwork skills in an international environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
6. Seriousness, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A successful first experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.
