Hermès E-Commerce and CRM Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the animation of the e-retail network across Europe, ensuring adherence to Hermès guidelines.
- Track and update the perfume and beauty catalogue for external distribution, including product launches and optimization recommendations.
- Assist in the creation of CRM content for international markets, coordinating with local teams to define activation plans.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and research best practices for e-retail animations and product pages.
- Prepare and share presentations with Hermès Parfum & Beauté stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent program.
- Previous successful internship experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Interest in e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing, with a sensitivity to the fragrance and beauty market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
- Autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities.
- Team-oriented with a preference for working in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A previous internship or work experience in e-commerce, e-marketing, or CRM for a brand or retailer is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
