- Assist managers in constructing and monitoring retail and e-commerce KPIs.
- Support the commercial activity of the e-commerce division.
- Create presentations for various stakeholders.
- Aid the logistics team in validating customer orders.
- Organize meetings with retail stores to enhance omnichannel commercial strategies.
- Drive improvements in the omnichannel customer journey.
- Enrich and organize the shared service documentation.
- Implement innovative projects to ensure team cohesion and service development.
- Collaborate with client relations officers to assist in organizing their ancillary tasks, such as presentation formatting and meeting organization.
