- Contribute to the transformation plan of the Exotic division and lead identified improvement projects.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage downstream production plans for tanneries.
- Enhance demand management processes for various clients.
- Minimum of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business.
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial company, ideally with raw material variability challenges.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, ERP systems (preferably M3), and associated reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI).
- Strong numerical aptitude and data manipulation skills in complex scenarios.
- Operational and field-oriented mindset related to production sites.
A minimum of 7 years in similar roles within an industrial environment, with a focus on raw material variability challenges.
Master's degree in engineering or business.
Frequent travel opportunities to France and Italy.
