Hermès Distribution Planning Assistant

- Coordinate and manage order portfolio operations upon request from various departments, including integrations, cancellations, and substitutions, along with associated communications.
- Lead and optimize allocation and delivery priorities for international stores in collaboration with departmental and Retail Planners.
- Collaborate on initial planning with departments and monitor adherence to production plans.
- Manage product allocations and implement rebalancing decisions made by Retail Planning.
- Oversee the launch of new collections and products.
- Animate available stock through the organization of restock campaigns and push offers.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual budgets for various departments.
- Communicate and advise departments through regular reporting, meetings, and internal and market-oriented summaries.
- Relay general information from departments to the network and act as an information and alert conduit from the network to departments.
- Business School degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain
- Understanding of production challenges, product allocation, stock management, and retail.
- Cross-functional vision, ability to take a step back, rigor, responsiveness, organization, and priority management.
- Interpersonal skills, service orientation, and effective communication (both oral and written).
- Analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in systems (ERP, Excel, Cognos, TM1, PowerBi) and excellent English language skills.
Relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Business School degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain
