Hermès Director of Women's Ready-to-Wear Production

- Lead and coordinate the Production and Design Office teams, comprising approximately 45 individuals.
- Ensure the development of models and oversee the production process.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Industrial and Collection departments.
- Anticipate production risks and make final production allocation decisions.
- Monitor the activities of the Design Office and ensure alignment with other Industrial Direction teams.
- Maintain Hermès quality standards in production.
- Manage and optimize the network of manufacturers.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of an industrial strategy related to the manufacturing network.
- Negotiate, control, and optimize industrial cost prices.
- Proven experience in the luxury or high-end ready-to-wear sector.
- Strong technical foundation in garment development and manufacturing (pattern making, assembly).
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Reliable and precise in managing budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators.

Significant experience in the luxury or high-end ready-to-wear industry, with a focus on production and technical development.
