Hermès Director of Regulatory Affairs - Fragrance and Beauty

- Ensure regulatory support for Hermès Parfum & Beauté from creation to international market launch.
- Validate compliance of raw materials, formulas, and finished products with regional regulations and Hermès Parfum & Beauté formulation charter.
- Compile and complete Product Information Files (PIF) and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build and manage an internal network of local regulatory liaisons.
- Define legal mentions for decorative elements and validate regulatory compliance of communication materials.
- Monitor compliance of active formula portfolio with formulation charter and contribute to disengagement plans.
- Draft Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Implement and communicate comprehensive international regulatory monitoring, anticipating changes and analyzing impacts.
- Execute product notifications/registrations with agents, subsidiaries, and authorities, including in China.
- Represent the company during audits and inspections by authorities.
- Update data in information systems: LSI, ERP M3, QuickFDS, etc.
- Oversee regulatory analytical control plans.
- Draft and update procedures, instructions, and forms.
- Scientific degree equivalent to Bac+5
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a regulatory role within the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry
- Significant team management experience
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for fragrance and beauty products
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in international regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A minimum of 10 years in a regulatory function within the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry, with significant experience in team management.
Scientific degree equivalent to Bac+5
