1. Proven experience in a senior learning and development role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Ability to develop strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.

2. Proficiency in designing and implementing learning programs.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 10 years in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
