1. Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role in the luxury fashion industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in strategic planning and execution.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
