Hermès Director of Employee Relations and Compliance

- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace environment.

- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to update policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations and compliance.
- Proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and compliance software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations and compliance, with a proven track record in managing complex issues and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
