1. Plan and coordinate project activities and stakeholders.
2. Gather and document requirements using agile methodologies.
3. Monitor technical design and configuration processes.
4. Assist in testing and deployment phases.
5. Contribute to change management initiatives.
6. Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Communicate recommendations and propose improvements.
8. Facilitate workshops and develop action plans with business units.
9. Support business units and provide user assistance.
10. Draft best practice guides.

1. Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Business School, or University program with a focus on Project Management and Information Systems.
2. Previous internship experience of 6 months in a similar role is preferred.
3. Proficiency in English is required.

4. Effective communication and listening abilities.

A prior internship experience of 6 months in a related field is highly desirable.
