Hermès Digital Training Coordinator Intern

- Administer the my Campus platform and manage its graphical configuration.
- Support the deployment of new portal features for subsidiaries in France and abroad.
- Propose and integrate improvements to existing platform functionalities.
- Assist in training Ambassadors on the portal's back-office usage.
- Develop communication tools to promote and ensure engagement with the online training platform.
- Create and share usage reports with Hermès entities.
- Extract, analyze, and communicate statistics to stakeholders to enhance user engagement.
- Conduct monthly and annual platform activity reviews by region and globally.
- Aid subsidiaries in mastering reporting and Excel file management.
- Participate in projects aligned with the Training & Learning Experience department's activities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/HRIS or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct training and produce educational materials in English.
- Interest in new technologies and comfort with IT tools, especially LMS platforms and data management.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in digital training and LMS platforms is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/HRIS or Human Resources.
