Hermès Digital Training Coordinator

1. Contribute to the overall administration and graphic configuration of the my Campus platform.
2. Support the deployment of new portal features to subsidiaries in France and abroad.
3. Propose and integrate improvements to existing functionalities.
4. Participate in training Ambassadors on the use of the portal's back-office.
5. Develop communication tools to ensure engagement with the online training platform.
6. Create usage reports and share them with company entities.
7. Extract, analyze, and communicate statistics regularly to stakeholders.
8. Produce monthly and annual activity reports for the platform by region and globally.
9. Assist subsidiaries in mastering reporting and Excel files.
10. Participate in projects related to the Training & Learning Experience department.

1. Pursuing a Bac+4/5 in IT/HRIS or Human Resources (university, business school).
2. Rigorous, curious, organized, and enjoy teamwork.
3. Strong analytical skills and proven writing ability.
4. Autonomous with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
