Hermès Digital Media Coordinator

- Support the Media & Advertising team in managing Hermès brand paid media investments, with a focus on digital and social channels.
- Brief media agencies to plan digital advertising campaigns, defining expectations and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Paris-based advertising teams to ensure creative alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee logistics and production of digital advertising, including asset management and quality assurance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and digital media innovations to maintain Hermès' competitive edge.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, including daily trafficking reports and social moderation.
- Assist in creating and updating internal documents such as campaign calendars and communication plans.
- Handle administrative tasks including calendar management and document coordination.
- Manage financial tasks including purchase order submissions and budget tracking.
- Supervise interns in collaboration with the Media Specialist.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or department, including relevant internships in digital or paid media.
- Media agency experience preferred.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical thinker with knowledge of digital landscape and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital or paid media roles, with media agency experience preferred.
The salary range for this position is $59,436.00 - $72,644.00 annually, based on job, location, and individual experience.
