HermèsDigital Media Coordinator

- Support the Media & Advertising team across all Hermès brand paid media investments, focusing on digital and social channels.
- Brief media agency to plan digital advertising campaigns, defining expectations and results KPIs.
- Coordinate with Paris-based advertising teams for creative delivery and alignment with brand advertising guidelines.
- Manage logistics and production of digital advertising, including asset production and delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to creative best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital media platforms, and technological developments.
- Monitor campaign reporting to ensure campaigns meet KPIs, including daily trafficking reports and social moderation.
- Create and update internal documents, such as campaign calendars and communication plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including calendar management and maintaining contact lists.
- Handle financial tasks, including purchase order submission, invoice management, and budget document updates.
- Manage interns in partnership with Media Specialist.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or department, including relevant internships in digital or paid media.
- Media agency experience preferred.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical thinker with knowledge of the digital landscape and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role or department, including relevant internships in digital or paid media. Media agency experience preferred.
The range for this position is $59,436.00 - $72,644.00 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
