Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM), a division specializing in high-quality metal components primarily for leather goods, operates six industrial sites in Europe, employing 900 skilled artisans in machining, polishing, and surface treatment of precious metals.

1. Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for product development to meet technical and commercial objectives for both internal and external clients.
2. Lead a team of technical development managers and a cross-functional project manager to execute the development roadmap across various manufacturing sites.
3. Supervise, coordinate, and prioritize technical requests from internal and external clients, ensuring alignment and data consistency across production sites.
4. Anticipate, manage, and mitigate development and product risks, communicating these to senior management with associated action plans.
5. Ensure the reliability of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) metrics for product launches.
6. Centralize and manage innovation transitions and product improvements.
7. Oversee the development Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with various departments.
8. Supervise the update of client specifications and technical documentation.
9. Coordinate the sharing of best practices and standardization of development processes within the group.
10. Manage the administration of industry tools such as SolidWorks and PDM, ensuring skill development across the group.
11. Directly manage a central support team of four and ensure effective cross-functional management within development teams.
12. Foster collaboration with the Industrial and Supply Chain departments.

1. Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, project management, and team leadership.
3. Experience in client interfacing is recommended.
