Hermès Data Technology Manager

- Establish and lead the new Data Technology division to support Hermès Parfums' data transformation.
- Serve as the expert and reference for Hermès Parfums' data architecture.
- Define a long-term data management and analysis strategy in collaboration with the IT Director.
- Develop and implement the BI master plan for the coming years.
- Monitor emerging technological trends and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Design and maintain a robust data architecture to meet current and future needs.
- Ensure efficient data collection, storage, processing, and utilization.
- Implement security protocols compliant with standards and regulations.
- Manage data flow mapping and transportation principles in collaboration with the IT architect.
- Enhance data quality in collaboration with the Data Governance team.
- Supervise BI application production and manage incident resolution.
- Communicate technological vision and progress to stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring efficient communication and feedback.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental protection compliance.
- Represent the IT department for Data Technology across the organization.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including significant experience in transformation and/or data platform projects.
- Experience in managing internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of the industrial or retail sector.
- Broad and general IT culture.
- Knowledge of data architecture (Cloud, on-premise).
- Familiarity with data management tools (Snowflake, MySQL, ETL Talend).
- Proficiency in BI tools (Cognos, PowerBI).
- Understanding of data security and IT law.
- Project management methodologies knowledge.
- Strategic business objectives comprehension.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in data transformation and platform projects, with team management experience.
Degree from a business or engineering school.
