1. Lead and manage data governance and projects for the Maison division across all deployed and upcoming tools.
2. Ensure data mastery and quality, constructing the Data roadmap and deploying strategies and initiatives.
3. Serve as the key contact for teams regarding data issues, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to governance frameworks.
4. Manage data creation, modification, and deletion operations within systems.
5. Implement tools for data collection, management, and quality control, enhancing data reliability.
6. Oversee data quality indicators and develop new tools and indicators as necessary.
7. Support transformation projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and project deliverables.
8. Facilitate data governance culture, training new employees, and organizing governance committees.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 (University, Business School, or Engineering).
2. Minimum of 5 years in data management and transformation project management related to reference data.

1. Expertise in information systems with proficiency in Excel.
2. Knowledge of ERP systems (M3 preferred), PLM, and Power BI.
3. Ability to advocate for vision, secure decisions, and facilitate arbitration.
4. Strong pedagogical skills, relational ease, and trust-building capabilities.
5. Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
6. Adaptability to a demanding, complex, and dynamic environment.

A minimum of 5 years in data management and transformation project management related to reference data is required.

Bachelor's degree +5 (University, Business School, or Engineering).
