Hermès Data Manager

- Lead and manage data governance and projects for the Maison division across all deployed and upcoming tools.
- Ensure data mastery and quality, constructing the Data roadmap and deploying strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as the key contact for teams regarding data issues, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Manage data creation, modification, and deletion operations within systems.
- Implement tools for data collection, management, and quality control, enhancing data reliability.
- Oversee data quality indicators and develop new tools and indicators as necessary.
- Support transformation projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and project deliverables.
- Facilitate data governance culture, training new employees, and organizing governance committees.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (University, Business School, or Engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years in data management and transformation project management related to reference data.
- Expertise in information systems with proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (M3 preferred), PLM, and Power BI.
- Ability to advocate for vision, secure decisions, and facilitate arbitration.
- Strong pedagogical skills, relational ease, and trust-building capabilities.
- Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
- Adaptability to a demanding, complex, and dynamic environment.
A minimum of 5 years in data management and transformation project management related to reference data is required.
Bachelor's degree +5 (University, Business School, or Engineering).
