1. Participate in defining governance for product data management.
2. Ensure the coherence and quality of data models.
3. Evaluate the impact of global initiatives on the business.
4. Administer the jewelry data model in collaboration with stakeholders.
5. Maintain and disseminate procedures, rules, and operational processes.
6. Manage projects and changes related to product data models.
7. Coordinate with project teams and the Group Product Data Manager.
8. Supervise and ensure data quality and adherence to data models.
9. Define and monitor KPIs related to product data quality.
10. Train and support operational staff on product data management.
11. Develop training tools to enhance user competence.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or consulting related to reference data.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
3. Functional knowledge of ERP/PLM is appreciated.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
5. Experience in cross-functional service management.
6. Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
7. Adaptability to a demanding, complex, and dynamic environment.
