Hermès Data Manager

- Define and enhance governance for product master data management.
- Ensure data model coherence and quality, evaluating global initiatives' impact.
- Administer and update data models in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain and disseminate procedural and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate projects and data model evolutions with project teams and Group Product Data Manager.
- Prioritize business needs and facilitate project implementation.
- Supervise data quality, ensuring adherence to data models and resolving issues.
- Develop and monitor data quality KPIs.
- Educate and support operational teams on product master data.
- Implement data governance acculturation strategies across all hierarchical levels.
- Inform stakeholders of changes impacting daily operations.
- Create training tools to enhance user competence.
- Participate in functional testing and operational support during hypercare.
- Serve as a key contact for divisional business units and contribute to cross-functional expertise areas.
- 3 to 5 years of significant experience in project management or consultancy related to master data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
- Functional knowledge of ERP/PLM systems is appreciated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional service management.
- Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
- Adaptability to a demanding, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Autonomy, leadership, pedagogical skills, and strong collaborative spirit.
