- Ensure the central role of data repositories.
- Act as the operational data reference for the relevant business unit or department.
- Facilitate the collective roles and functions of data within the business through rituals and business agendas.
- Monitor the quality and reliability of data.
- Implement group data orientations, including data management frameworks, compliance, best practices, and group tool usage.
- Serve as the liaison between group data policy and operational needs, adopting a spokesperson role for the business.
- Provide training in data management.
- Oversee the request management process, including attribute challenges and arbitration.
- Engage business units on data usage with data analysts.
- Support projects in considering data governance and utilization.
- Higher education degree (university, business school, or engineering school)
- Analytical, synthesis, and formalization abilities
- Ability to lead collectives with dynamism and share a vision
- Proven managerial experience
- Organizational skills and strong oral and written communication
- Autonomy, rigor, listening, and adaptability
- Availability and commitment
- Good general knowledge of data and its governance
- Appreciated knowledge of distribution, supply chain, and production processes
5 to 7 years of experience in implementing transformation initiatives.
