Hermès Data Management Intern

- Assist and train operational staff, ensuring new arrivals understand product data, its usage, and tools.
- Support users daily, addressing challenges encountered with tools, and participate in creating training materials.
- Monitor and report anomalies, maintaining and disseminating procedural references and management rules.
- Contribute to the enhancement of product data quality within the Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Utilize and share data quality monitoring indicators, and propose new indicators as needed.
- Document and clarify key processes related to reference data.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to the development of data improvement plans within the Maison division.
- Engage in Data Group committees, expressing evolution needs and priorities, and ensuring their prioritization with the Group Data Manager.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance frameworks.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Interest in Data and Business Intelligence (BI).
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VBA.
- Autonomous, meticulous, with strong analytical skills.
- Pedagogical aptitude and problem-solving orientation.
- Strong synthesis abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data management and business intelligence is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
