1. Assist in the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance risk management and optimize work methods.
2. Participate in project management activities, including drafting specifications and analyzing responses to tenders.
3. Monitor project design and progress, and prepare materials for Steering Committees.
4. Participate in and lead testing phases, and update user guides and training materials.
5. Create communication materials for global end-users.
6. Develop dashboards and automated analysis reports using PowerBI.
7. Prepare for audits by extracting data and identifying risk areas.
8. Maintain and evolve existing applications within the department, such as data mining solutions and GRC platforms.
9. Explore new technologies to improve efficiency, including AI and process automation.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university (or equivalent).
2. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Interest in implementing IT solutions.
4. Seriousness, rigor, autonomy, and reliability.
5. Initiative, creativity, and dynamism.
6. Excellent written communication skills.
7. Analytical and synthesis skills.
8. Curiosity, adaptability, and discretion.
9. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
10. Previous internship in project management or audit is a plus.
