Data Analysis and Project Management Assistant Intern

1. Participate in the industrialization of materials, supporting the management of existing indicators, developing new reports, and improving data quality.
2. Support project managers during phases of production scaling, including tracking manufacturing lots and material transfers.
3. Contribute to the development of new project tools and their integration with existing systems.
4. Create and update indicators for the Materials Bureau, ensuring data accuracy and reporting issues for action plans.
5. Standardize data sources and enhance the use of project data, PLM, and ERP systems.
6. Conduct analyses to highlight the challenges of material industrialization, including project accounting, load calculations, economic assessments, and statistical analyses.
7. Provide support to project managers in various phases, including meeting facilitation, logistics tracking, and presentation preparation.

1. Student in a bachelor's program or engineering school with a focus on materials, industrial processes, or digital systems.
2. Strong skills in discrete data analysis and a keen interest in IT systems and data.
3. Experience in project management.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and synthesis capabilities.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, PLM, M3, and project management tools such as Asana and Project for the Web.

Experience in project management is required.
