- Develop internal crisis management processes and tools within the IT department.
- Train IT department personnel in incident and crisis management.
- Support group subsidiaries in preparing for cyber-origin crises through crisis exercises and training.
- Establish strategic monitoring activities on cybersecurity-related news to aid anticipation efforts.
- Define and enhance major incident and crisis management processes within the IT department.
- Prepare role-specific guides and tools for crisis management participants.
- Deliver training sessions to crisis management personnel.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of cyber crisis exercises for the IT department, group, and subsidiaries.
- Formalize and track feedback from crisis exercises and major incidents.
- Implement a strategic monitoring process on cyber-related news (incidentology, geopolitical, regulatory).
- Draft synthesis and anticipation notes on topics of interest for the Cybersecurity department.
- Enrollment in an engineering school or university program related to technology or crisis management.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, new technologies, and crisis and risk management.
- Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2025.
- Curiosity about technical and organizational subjects.
- Desire to work with colleagues across various domains and hierarchical levels.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Pedagogical skills and interest in contributing to crisis management and cybersecurity awareness.
