Hermès Regulations and Customs Assistant Intern

- Execute CITES permit requests as needed by the team and contribute to the improvement of the CITES unit's processes.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of regulatory indicators.
- Provide support for various projects impacting the Customs and Regulations Department, including Sobek, Bolduc, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor customs declarations made by service providers and ensure follow-up and implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
- Participate in the optimization and implementation of regulatory processes with operational teams.
- Contribute to the maintenance of existing customs authorizations, such as Approved Exporter, Registered Exporter, and AEO statuses.
- Higher education in International Trade, Transport, Customs, or Supply Chain.
- Basic understanding of customs regulations acquired through studies or initial work experience.
- Autonomous

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Some exposure to customs regulations through academic studies or initial professional experience is required.
Higher education in International Trade, Transport, Customs, or Supply Chain.
