Hermès Customs and Regulations Assistant Intern

- Prepare CITES permit applications and contribute to the improvement of the CITES process.
- Assist in developing and enhancing regulatory indicators.
- Support various projects impacting the Customs and Regulations Department, such as Sobek and Bolduc.
- Monitor customs declarations made by service providers and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in optimizing and implementing regulatory processes with operational teams.
- Contribute to maintaining existing customs authorizations, including Approved Exporter, Registered Exporter, and AEO statuses.
- Higher education in International Trade, Transport, Customs, or Supply Chain.
- Basic understanding of customs regulations from studies or previous experience.
- Autonomy and self-motivation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Prior exposure to customs regulations through academic studies or initial professional experience is required.
Higher education in International Trade, Transport, Customs, or Supply Chain.
