Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers throughout the store.
- Guide customers to the desired department and connect them with sales advisors.
- Offer beverages to customers in line with high-end hospitality standards, manage beverage stock, and ensure cleanliness of spaces.
- Assist with the Web to Shop service, including package reception and integration into Cegid.
- Maintain close relationships with certain clients, including VIPs and regular customers.
- Engage with customers about their past experiences in the store.
- Recognize and welcome personalities, following appropriate protocols.
- Provide support for additional requests.
Qualifications
- Hospitality training preferred.

Experience Requirements
