1. Warmly welcome clients throughout the store as a 'Master of the House'.
2. Guide clients to desired departments, liaising with sales associates.
3. Offer beverages to clients in a manner consistent with high-end hospitality standards, while managing stock and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Assist clients with the Web to Shop service, including parcel reception and integration into Cegid.
5. Cultivate close relationships with VIPs and regular clients through in-depth knowledge of the environment.
6. Engage with clients about their past experiences in the store.
7. Recognize and appropriately welcome notable personalities, adhering to specific protocols.
8. Provide support for additional client requests.

1. Hospitality training preferred.
