1. Warmly welcome customers throughout the store.
2. Guide customers to the desired department and connect them with sales advisors.
3. Offer beverages to customers in line with high-end hospitality standards, manage beverage stock, and ensure cleanliness of spaces.
4. Assist with the Web to Shop service, including package reception and integration into Cegid.
5. Maintain close relationships with certain clients, including VIPs and regular customers.
6. Engage with customers about their past experiences in the store.
7. Recognize and welcome personalities, following appropriate protocols.
8. Provide support for additional requests.

1. Hospitality training preferred.

Successful experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
