Customer Relations and Transport Coordinator

1. Handle customer inquiries related to delivery issues for both outgoing and return shipments.
2. Manage and track customer complaints with transport partners.
3. Serve as the main point of contact and ensure customer relationship management.
4. Provide personalized follow-up for high-value deliveries.
5. Manage returns in collaboration with the logistics team.
6. Process manual shipping requests.
7. Support the Customer Relations Center team and train new members.
8. Propose improvements for the customer journey.
9. Report any alerts or malfunctions requiring specific actions.
10. Maintain post-delivery customer relationships and develop clienteling.
11. Challenge transport partners on service quality and share improvement topics.
12. Contribute to the development and updating of key activity indicators.

1. Previous experience in customer relations required.

Previous experience in customer relations is required.

Availability required from Monday to Saturday with one compensatory day off during the week.
