- Warmly welcome clients throughout the store, embodying the role of a 'Master of the House.'
- Guide clients to their desired department, liaising with sales advisors.
- Offer beverages to clients, maintaining high standards of luxury hospitality service, and manage beverage stock and cleanliness.
- Facilitate an omnichannel client experience, including web-to-shop, remote sales, and shop-to-shop services.
- Maintain close relationships with VIPs and regular clients through a deep understanding of the store environment.
- Engage with clients about their past experiences at the store.
- Recognize and appropriately welcome notable personalities, adhering to specific protocols.
- Manage client flow in high-volume departments such as fashion accessories, footwear, and jewelry.
- Actively participate in gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Provide assistance for additional client requests.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality environments.
