Hermès Client Experience Project Intern

- Coordinate the production of the monthly Retail Activities Newsletter to promote various team projects across all group subsidiaries.
- Contribute to the management of the Client Experience Managers community within the group subsidiaries, including platform engagement, seminar organization, and regular communication with country representatives.
- Assist in the design and deployment of specific projects for distribution subsidiaries, such as developing sales staff uniforms, supporting in-store animations, creating communication content, and managing boutique orders.
- Collect feedback and formalize insights on projects led by the team.
- Support the Client Experience team by creating presentation materials, organizing photo shoots or events, and conducting retail and communication benchmarks.
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Business school or equivalent background
- Strong writing and summarization abilities
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially PowerPoint
