Customer Experience Project Intern

1. Coordinate the creation of the monthly Retail Activities Newsletter to promote various team projects to all group subsidiaries.
2. Contribute to the engagement of the Customer Experience Managers community across all group subsidiaries, including platform management, seminar organization, and regular communication with country contacts.
3. Assist in the design and deployment of specific projects for distribution subsidiaries, such as developing sales uniforms, supporting in-store animations, creating communication content, and managing boutique orders.
4. Collect feedback and formalize experience reports on projects led by the team.
5. Support the Customer Experience team with presentation materials, organizing photoshoots or events, and conducting retail and communication benchmarks.

The internship is full-time and conventioned for 6 months, starting in September 2025, based in Paris.
