Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor customer experience evaluation tools such as customer feedback, mystery shopping, and service emails.
- Contribute to the analysis of customer experience evaluations by writing semi-annual summary reports and thematic reports.
- Coordinate feedback on specific tools like uniforms.
- Contribute to the vision of store animations by updating the retail animation calendar and gathering data such as photos and feedback.
- Write synthesis and analysis reports for annual animation vision.
- Collect information on local and international events produced by subsidiaries.
- Gather necessary quantities for deploying customer communication tools and develop communication content.
- Participate in writing the customer experience section of the monthly retail activity report.
- Assist in organizing customer experience seminars or workshops.
- Participate in monthly meetings with the community and assist in organizing them if necessary.
- Create and distribute benchmark studies on dedicated themes.
Qualifications
- Student at Bac+5 level (school or university) with a specialization in Customer Experience.
- Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for teamwork, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
Skills
- Autonomy and rigor.
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and project management expertise.
- Creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Experience that developed autonomy, rigor, and excellent writing and synthesis skills.
Education Requirements
Student at Bac+5 level with a specialization in Customer Experience.
